MISHC Quality Improvement Project Update

QI Project Plan and Summary Form can be found on MISHC.org under "Coordinator Resources" and "General Resources."

The MISHC QI Project Summary Form is due December 1st, 2023.
Reach out to Sheryl if you need help in determining a quality project.

MISHC Report Attestation

Electronic form will be available by October 1st, 2023.
Forms are due by December 1st, 2023.
Attest to distribution and review of reports by coordinator and physician champion.

Snapshot reports will be distributed via email by September 1st, 2023

Shows measures on which the site is performing well, and measures on which the site is not meeting CQI goals or is well below the Collaborative average.

Upcoming Meetings:

The MISHC Coordinator/Abstractor Meeting will be held at the Arbor Lakes Dome Conference Center on Friday, November 10th from 10 am – 3 pm.
The MISHC Collaborative Meeting will be held at the VistaTech Center at Schoolcraft College on November 11th, 2023 from 9 am - 12pm. This meeting is in collaboration with MSTCVS.
