Rosendale
by Eli C.
The Rosendale 4-H club met on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at noon at Peace Lutheran Church for our awards banquet with a pasta theme!
After lunch, we did pledges, roll call, and then the Secretary and Treasurer’s reports.
We talked about old business, which was the cloverbud pumpkin contest results that Emer Curtis talked about and then a reminder that the club will pay $5 toward tickets for any members that go to the 4-H Day at the Herd.
In the new business, we talked about supporting an angel tree or toys for tots with a donation of $100 worth of toys. Eli and Emer Curtis will go shopping for those! We also made a $150 donation to Peace Lutheran Church for allowing our club to meet in their space. Mac then talked about leadership camps. There is the Winter Leadership Camp at Spencer Lake Camp in January and the county officer training on November 8 at 3 p.m. After that, we installed our officers: Mac Gillett, Eve Clark, Eli Curtis, and Emer Curtis, and our new members, Hunter Hubbard and Juniper Hubard.
Our next meeting will be Sunday, December 7, 2025 at noon at Peace Lutheran Church for ornament painting!
