Please note that there will be a payroll freeze for Represented Academics (IX, LX, and RA bargaining units) from June 30, 2025 through July 4, 2025.

The freeze only applies to employees in IX (Unit 18), LX (Librarian), and RA (Academic Researchers) titles. Do not make any job changes (merits, promotions, rate changes) during the freeze. You may enter hires, terminations, SWB (short work break), and job extensions.
