Upcoming Transition In Scholarship Management System |
Enrollment Management is moving from Scholarship Universe to a new platform: AwardSpring.
AwardSpring will go live mid February and will serve as the official platform for student scholarship applications for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Students will continue to log in using their JagWire credentials; login information will remain the same.
All future scholarship applications will be completed in AwardSpring. Additional communication will be shared when the platform officially launches. Students will receive announcements about AwardSpring from the Financial Aid Office. For questions or additional information, faculty and staff may contact the Financial Aid Office.

An Outstanding Senior Award will honor six students, and Distinguished Graduating Seniors will speak at Commencement.

Take control of your health and fitness in 2026 with Rec Sports at the Campus Recreation Center. Employees are eligible to purchase a Rec Sports membership, which provides access to the facilities.
JagFit is available to both students and employees at an additional cost and includes a variety of fitness opportunities such as one-on-one personal training, nutritional coaching, group classes, equipment orientations, special events, challenges, and trials.
Employees who already have a Rec Sports membership may purchase JagFit at a discounted rate.

Please review the University’s updated standard administrative procedure for campus posting and advertising, which outlines the required approval process for flyers and other printed materials.
All flyers must be submitted through the Strategic Communications Request Form for review and approval before posting.

As part of ongoing efforts to ensure our website meets WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines before the April deadline, the ability for general Cascade users to upload document (i.e. .docx, .pdf, .xlx, etc.) files to the website has been disabled. Attempts to upload documents to the site will now return an error message when a workflow is submitted.
Users who need a document uploaded to the site should submit it as an attachment to a StratComm Support Request. In the "Type of Service Requested" field, select "Website Photo/Document Upload" and attach the document(s) that need to be uploaded. To make it easier to optimize for accessibility, please submit documents as a Word (.docx) documents.
