CCW Service Changes for Summer Semester |
Our office will enter our strategic planning phase ahead the 2025-26 Academic Year this summer.. Starting May 5th, several services and programs will undergo stoppages, reduced drop-in availability, and/or shift toward appointment-only offerings
|
Type of Change | Reduced availability, time change, date change, shifting virtual during renovations, appointment-only*
College life can be overwhelming—but you don't have to figure it all out on your own! At drop-in sessions with our Peer Well-being Navigators, you can connect with fellow students who are here to help you answer questions, get support, learn about resources, or just chat!
May 12th to June 16th, drop-ins are welcome from Mondays 10am - 12pm.
*Starting June 16th to August 1st, the Student Services Building will undergo renovations and this service will transition from in-person and virtual support to only virtual sessions. During this time, students can request a virtual session with a Navigator by booking an appointment on Medicat.

Type of Change | Shift to drop-in basis, service stoppage during renovations
The Pleasure Pack Delivery Service (PPDS) offers safer sex supplies including condoms, oral dams, pregnancy tests, and emergency contraception as part of a larger campus commitment to health and wellness.
This program will experience a stoppage from mid-June to August 1st while the Student Services building undergoes construction to replace the HVAC system.
Please review the following dates to see how supply access will be impacted during this time:
From May 7th - June 20th, PPDS orders may be picked up on a drop-in basis from our Student Services Building office at Suite 350
From June 23rd - July 31st, PPDS services will pause
From August 4th - August 15th, PPDS orders may be picked up on a drop-in basis
Starting August 18th, PPDS will restart for the Fall Semester

Wellness coaches can help with any area of wellbeing. If there is something related to health or wellbeing that is affecting your ability to live your life as you want, a wellness coach can help you to work through obstacles and help in the goal setting process.Â
During Summer 2025, students can request a session with a Wellness Coach by booking an appointment on Medicat.
