News from Amaroo
All the teams are in full event preparation mode!
The grounds are looking beautiful, ready for the tents to be set up. The amphitheatre shade sails are being upgraded, roads are being repaired, buildings spring cleaned, and volunteers have begun arriving.

New roles include: Meet & Greet, Iron Bark Village shopper, Pavilion Gift Shop assistants, HR Manager for Rawat Creations, and Pavilion setup/takedown (starting 4 September) and more.

Each afternoon, savour the delicious 5 day international lunch buffet created by our chefs.
Each evening enjoy exceptional new dinner offerings artfully prepared, featuring Italian, Middle Eastern and Indian dishes.
In response to popular demand, Dayas is pleased to offer specially reduced rates for the first three nights, reflecting our ongoing efforts to make this experience more accessible to all.

Onsite Accommodation
There is still a good choice of accommodation, including more availability of the popular powered tents in both Jacaranda and Sandy Creek Campgrounds. View Accommodation Options.
Rotational Seating
To be part of the rotational seating, you need to register before midnight, Saturday 22 August AEST.
Seats will be assigned randomly. Your seat allocation will be emailed to you approx 10 days prior to the event, as part of your E-ticket. Register Now.
Visa Applications
With the event fast approaching, please be aware that you will need to apply for your Australian Visas asap, as application processing can take time. More information about visas is on the Amaroo Front Page.
Helpdesk Reminder
The best way to reach the Helpdesk with any questions or booking modifications (such as adding bus transportation) is through the Helpdesk Form on the Amaroo Website.
Only one request needs to be submitted and someone from the Helpdesk Team will respond as quickly as possible.
