Dear Faculty, Administrators, and Staff,

If your plans to meet NYU’s vaccination requirement include being vaccinated with Moderna's, AstraZeneca's, or Sinopharm's vaccine, you need to be vaccinated by July 4th in order to upload your proof of vaccination by the August 1 deadline.

If Moderna, AstraZeneca, or Sinopharm is the vaccine available to you and you have been putting off being vaccinated, now is the time to act.

And remember: you can upload your proof of vaccine as soon as you receive your final dose; you do not have to wait the additional two weeks following your last dose until you are considered fully vaccinated. Read uploading instructions.

All faculty, administrators, and staff are required to be vaccinated and upload proof of vaccination by August 1.
