Congratulations to Rachel Gildiner, inaugural recipient of the Phyllis G. Margolius Impossible Dream Award! Join the Phyllis Margolius Family Foundation and Federation to honor Rachel as she receives her award on Thursday, April 20^th at the Edlavitch DCJCC. The event will feature a keynote address from Congressman, Jamie Raskin, and a conversation with Dr. Erica Brown.

Making Lunch and Care Packages 

Federation partner, Bender JCC, will be packing lunches to benefit Kings and Priests' Court International Ministries, whose weekly food distributions feed hundreds of people every week. Volunteers will also put together care packages, including non-perishable snacks and thank-you cards, for our local DC Vet Center to benefit and show appreciation for our military service members, veterans, and their families.

Join Federation partner, Edlavitch DCJCC’s EntryPoint DC, to learn how the end of the pandemic is impacting food benefits for DC residents. Volunteers will then make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for neighbors experiencing food insecurity.

The 13^th Annual Israeli Dance Festival will showcase over 200 dancers from DC-area Israeli dance troupes. The troupes are comprised of young children dancing in their first festival to veterans of many performances.
