Combatting Challenges

The Great Commission Research Network recently surveyed pastors to identify what they believed would be the greatest challenges faced by North American churches in 2023. The top two concerns both centered on evangelism. (Read the article.)

You and your church likely share similar concerns. We encourage you to utilize two resources we offer in cooperation with Church Answers:

The Know Your Community report enables you to learn about the makeup of your community, and we provide feedback regarding how to use the data to reach your community.
The Hope Initiative can be utilized to help your church become more outwardly focused.

Convention is Coming

Pre-Registration is open for the 2023 National Convention. Pre-registering saves time onsite and $10 off Vertical Three student registration.

Hotel reservations open Monday, May 8.

Deadline Extended

The deadline has been extended for college students to apply for the 2023 Convention Internship. The program takes place during the National Convention in Raleigh, North Carolina. Apply by April 28.

Convention Praise Team

Applications are open for anyone who would like to sing on the Praise Team during the worship services at the 2023 National Convention. Find more information and the application form at

New Resource From Board of Retirement

There are over 2,000 verses in the Bible that deal with our personal finances. God cares about how we manage finances, and He provided us with a wealth of information and guidance on the topic. The Board of Retirement has created "Financial Lessons From the Bible," a booklet that focuses on several key areas of your finances.

Welch to Host Junior/Senior Days

Welch College will host high school juniors, seniors, and college transfers April 20-21 for a FREE visit event on campus. Prospective students will have the opportunity to sit in on classes, attend chapel, tour the campus, and interact with current students and faculty. Register by April 16.

Tithe on Your Estate

The Free Will Baptist Foundation's goal is for every Free Will Baptist family to tithe on their estate through a future gift and turn it into an endowment to help fully fund all national ministries. If every Free Will Baptist family tithed on their estate, it would produce a future endowment pool of $1.8 BILLION and a future annual earning of $90 MILLION!
