Busy Bees Halloween Special

Busy Bees recently had their October pumpkin decoration and costume contest. It was Spooktacular!

Taft 23 Had a Halloween Party

Taft 23 held a Halloween Party before their last meeting. They played fun games, did some crafts, dressed in costumes, and had some tasty snacks.

TLA Outing & Service Project

TLA members will be helping facilitate the Cloverbud pumpkin contest on Saturday, October 21. TLA members should arrive at 9:30 am to the UWO Fond du Lac Campus to help with the contest. Tracy will instruct them on how to set up. 
The group will go for lunch following the contest and then for a hike in Hobbs Woods. Please complete the RSVP on which parts of the day you will be present.
The next club meeting will be Monday, October 23 at 7:00 pm at Rolling Meadows Meeting Room. The club will have a Taco Bar at the meeting. Each member will bring an item for the Taco bar and the club will be providing the Taco meat! Come hungry!  Also, blankets for project Linus will be made, so please bring fabric scissors.

 Weeping Willow 4-H Club Free Rummage Sale
Free rummage, yes you heard that right, everything is FREE! 4-H families and your friends are invited to the 29th semi-annual FREE rummage hosted by Weeping Willow 4-H club and area home schoolers. Let's be a blessing to each other by donating our gently used items, and come shopping to see what our friends would like to bless us with. DONATIONS NEEDED. Donation set-up will be Thursday, Oct. 19, 8 am -12 pm at Lighthouse Christian Church, 401 S. National Ave., Fond du Lac. If possible, please place your donations on the appropriate tables. If you can not, volunteers will. Shopping will be Thurs. 2 pm - 6 pm, for 4-H families. The general public is invited on Fri.Oct. 20 8 am -1 pm. If you are interested in helping, please contact Bonnie Buxton at bonitabuxton@yahoo.com.

Club Charters - Due November 1

Charter Application - The 2023-2024 4-H Charter Application is now available on the Wisconsin 4-H Charter Application website: https://4h.extension.wisc.edu/resources/volunteer-resources/administrative/charter/. This new version of the 4-H Charter Application has been converted into an online format making the process easier. With just a few clicks and no signatures needed, you can complete the online form in less than 15 minutes! Ask your club or group leader how you can work together to plan for the 4-H year! Wisconsin 4-H Clubs and Groups Charter Applications are submitted online and are due by November 1, 2023. If you have questions, please contact Tracy Keifenheim.
