Any employee who switches to direct deposit by December 31, 2025, will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win an Apple 11-inch iPad Air!

You have two options to set up direct deposit: 

1. You can go through My Personal Information (MPI)

   - Select "Payments - Manage Direct Deposit"  

   - Select "Add Deposit Payment" to add a direct deposit account 

2. You can also use the Direct Deposit Authorization Form 

Any employee who goes paperless by December 31, 2025, will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win an Apple 11-inch iPad Air!

Follow the steps below by December 31:

1. Navigate to the ADP website

2. Select the toggles on the pop-up screen to receive paperless statements and/or receive email notifications about your tax statements. 

3. All set! 

If you initially did not elect to go paperless with your W-2 via the pop-up window, you can still enroll. To enroll, either: 

- Select the “Go paperless” button under the section entitled “Go Paperless” to select the options for receiving a paperless W-2. 

- Change your account settings by selecting "your account" in the upper right corner of the screen (a small circle with your initials) and selecting “Settings.”
