Fall 2022 enrollment shows increases in new undergraduates, international students, and students in career preparation and dual enrollment programs. Grade point averages for new students are also up, with 71 percent achieving a GPA of 3.0 or higher in high school. See more fall-enrollment figures.
UNIVERSITY NEWS
Applications for the student seat on the IUP Council of Trustees, the university’s governing body, will be accepted through the end of October. Candidates should graduate no earlier than May 2025, be in good standing with academics and conduct, and have leadership experience and strong communication skills.
IUP will welcome Anouar Rahmani, a human-rights defender from Algeria, on October 12 and Javier Ávila, whose one-man show on the American Latino experience blends comedy and poetry, on October 18. Learn more about these presenters and what they will discuss.
