We're excited to share two new programs for students to strengthen their sense of purpose!

Experience a four-session journey into spiritual wellness, with holistic educational sessions and a signature nature walk in partnership with the Student Life Center.
On February 18th, we're also hosting a new spiritual wellness event: "Ashes and Intentions"
You are invited to pause, reflect, and engage in a gentle ritual of intention - whether your connection is religious, spiritual, cultural or personal.

Peer Wellbeing Navigators Accepting 1:1 Clients |
Our Peer Wellbeing Navigators offer sessions where students can receive support and guidance about navigating the complexities of health, wellness, mental health and academic services.

Win Big at our Wellness Events! |
Our CCW extended leadership team was invited to table at the Faculty Wellness Fair on January 14th.
We offered a prize giveaway containing CCW and UU swag items as well as a gift certificate to the Osher Center and randomly selected our winner the following week.
The event had great turnout and our staff was able to connect with faculty from several departments across campus to share resources and information about our services.

BIWEEKLY HIV & STI TESTING APPOINTMENTS

Students can make an appointment and get a test for HIV and STIs twice per month with the support of our professional staff.
Why is it so hard to talk about sex? Confirming consent, discussing safer sex, letting our partner know what we want – things can get awkward. Come for a frank and open conversation about why these conversations can be so challenging and what we can all do to make them easier and better.

The goal of this Sexpectations Workshop is to analyze how sexual scripts influence our behavior, learn how to recognize these scripts in media like tv, movies, social media, etc, and learn about communication techniques that can help us to disrupt the scripts to pave the way for healthy, respectful, consensual, AND pleasurable relationships!

All members of the University community are invited to join us for a free dinner at 6:30pm, followed at 7pm by a respectful conversation where the goal is to understand one another – not to persuade, debate, or convince.

Our theme for this event is "Dose Matters - Know Where You Stand". We want to raise awareness and educate students about the doses of substances they use and their consequences. How much is too much? What harm reduction strategies can students implement when using substances so they can stay safe?
