People Leaders understand the job responsibilities of those that they supervise and are the best judge of how classes will benefit the TAP or STRAP applicant. If you are a People Leader, your role is to review the employee’s application before the application deadline. Applications will be sent for review and approval through the Administrative Services portal. Connect with your employee for clarity on items you believe may make them ineligible before rejecting the application.
In an effort to provide you with the information needed to make an informed decision, we’ve developed the following resources to support you.

|
- Applicants are ineligible for education assistance if they received a “W” (withdrawal) in coursework the prior semester.
- STRAP participants must be employed through the completion of their course to receive reimbursement.
-
