Office Closure Notice
Our office will be closed on Monday, May 26, in observance of Memorial Day. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, May 27. We wish you a meaningful and restful holiday.

Welcome 4-H club to host free rummage
Free rummage, yes, you heard that right, everything is FREE!
4-H families and your friends are invited to the 32nd semi-annual FREE rummage hosted by Welcome 4-H club and area homeschoolers. Families can help by donating gently used items, and come shopping. DONATIONS NEEDED. Donation set-up will be Wed. May 28, 6-7 p.m. and Thursday, May 29, 8-12, at Lighthouse Christian Church Fdl. Shopping will be Thurs. 1-6, for 4-H families. The general public is invited on Friday, May 30, 8-1. If you are interested in helping, or if donation times don't work for you, please contact Bonnie Buxton at bonitabuxton@yahoo.com.

New Member Fair OrientationTo help new families understand this process better, a new family fair orientation will be held on Wednesday, June 4 at 5:45 pm at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds. Topics covered are: entering projects at the fair, important dates to remember, how judging works at the fair, and answering any questions families may still have. There will also be a short tour of the fairgrounds to help first-year families know where things are judged and what to expect. Karen Albert, a fair board member and 4-H volunteer, will be leading this orientation. Please Register by Friday, May 30, 2025.

Fond du Lac County Fair Updates from the Market Livestock Committee
Fair Display Boards
The Market Livestock Committee strongly encourages you to include an educational
component to your 2025 Fond du Lac County Fair displays and decorations. We believe
that educating the public is just one more great part of our fair. Outstanding educational
components will be recognized at our fair wrap-up meeting.
Market Livestock Prefair Meeting - MANDATORY
Make plans to attend a mandatory Market Livestock prefair meeting on Sunday, July 13,
at 1:00 p.m. or Tuesday, July 15, at 3:00 p.m.
2025 Sheep and Goat ID Form
As part of the Wisconsin State Animal Requirements for Fairs, the Fond du Lac County
Fair is required to have a list of all sheep and goats exhibited at the county fair with their

Exciting STEM Adventure Awaits: Help Shape the Tri-County Science Expedition!
Help shape an unforgettable STEM adventure! The first annual Tri-County Science Expedition Field Trip to UW–Madison offers 4-H youth from Fond du Lac, Ozaukee, and Washington counties a hands-on day of science exploration. Participants will engage with scientists, tour research labs, and explore fields like astronomy, biology, engineering, and sustainability.
