2018 Fraternity & Sorority Life Recognition Banquet
The 2018 Fraternity and Sorority Life Recognition Banquet took place on April 12, 2018 in the IPTAY Hospitality Suite. The Banquet honored organizations and individuals for their accomplishments for the 2017 calendar year. Organizations had the ability to apply for Chapter Excellence Awards earlier this semester by turning documentation that showcase their achievements in six areas of chapter operations: Alumni Development, Campus Involvement and Leadership, Chapter Development, New Member Program, Philanthropic Service and Scholastic Achievement. Additionally, the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life unvieled new Chapter of the Year awards. The four Chapter of the Year cups were named after members of the Clemson community who have exemplified longstanding dedication to the fraternal movement and specific council. Lastly, various individual awards were presented at the banquet.
