Convention UpdatesIt's almost time for the 2026 National Convention! Attendees have pre-registered from 33 states, 2 territories, and 10 countries. It's not too late for you to join us in Columbus. Onsite registration is open Saturday, July 18, 3:00-6:00 PM, and Sunday through Wednesday 8:00a-7:00p (all times EDT). Anyone willing to serve as an usher during services and business can volunteer here.
The 2026 National Convention & Vertical Three Conference Program (combined as one publication for 2026) is online. Download the Digest of Reports with information from national departments and commissions. Recordings of services and business sessions will be available by 12:00 Noon EDT the following day.
The Better Together Podcast is featuring interviews with convention speakers previewing the evening services. Watch below as Isaiah Hatfield (WV) previews his Sunday night message from Luke 10, "Focus on Loving Your Neighbor."

New Earnings Rates Announced
The Foundation is pleased to announce an increase in earnings rates for Demand Note and Collective Investment Fund accounts:
- Under $100,000 – 4.0%
- $100,000-$500,000 – 4.5%
- Over $500,000 – 5%
The new rates are effective from July 1 – December 31, 2026.

Welch–Vol State AgreementOpal Beck (Class of 2027) was awarded her Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Volunteer State Community College in May. Opal earned the A.S. in Computer Science through the Welch–Vol State Reverse Transfer agreement by taking a Vol State computer science course each semester while a full-time dormitory student at Welch.
In addition to Computer Science, the Welch–Vol State agreement offers Associate’s Degrees in Marketing, Accounting, Journalism, Communications, Criminal Justice, and Electrical Engineering. Read the full news release.
