Enterprise Applications & Data Services

The Applications & Information Services group is responsible for developing and maintaining the University’s 200+ core business and student support systems, including Workday and Pennant. In addition, we provide access to University data via ISC's Data Analytics service, and support Research Systems and new Salesforce implementations around campus.

Network, Infrastructure & Unified Comms

The Technology Services group provides the systems engineering, telecommunications, network (9000+ wireless access points), and collaboration services including PennO365, Zoom, and PennFlex Phone.

Information Security & IAM

The Office of Information Security establishes and maintains critical security programs to assist in the protection of Penn's data and 20,000+ computing resources. The Identity and Access Management team is implementing a more advanced system for securely accessing the University’s electronic resources and services.

Client Support, Training & Classroom Tech

The Client Services group is ISC’s strategic interface with the Penn community, supporting our 20,000+ campus clients through Client Care, HireIT, Learning, and Classroom Technology Services. Through Relationship Management and Campus Initiatives we remain connected to School and Center IT teams, and engage them in major projects and initiatives.
