VolStrong Programming
VolStrong Beginnings
This six-week program is designed for all Vols to gain knowledge of proper weightlifting technique, increase confidence and build community in a small group setting all while under the guidance of our certified personal trainers. All participants will receive weekly nutritional newsletters from our campus dietitian and a t-shirt upon completing the program.
January 29 - March 4
Mondays and Wednesdays - 7:40 - 8:40 a.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays - 6:30 - 7:30 a.m.
VolStrong 2.0
This six-week program is for individuals who have participated in VolStrong beginnings or have been lifting weights regularly for 6 months or more. This program is designed to help participants continue to improve current skills and gain new skills by incorporating more challenging movements.
