Every year in June, the US Supreme Court hands down decisions that impact the lives of millions of Americans. While some of these decisions may seem difficult to understand, having a basis of knowledge about the way the Bill of Rights and amendments to the US Constitution work will help clear things up, says Gwen Torges, chair of the Political Science Department, in The Supreme Court and Your Rights in 10 Minutes.
The Pennsylvania School Counselors Association has named Matthew Nice, faculty member in the Department of Counseling, as the School Counselor Educator of the Year for 2022–23.
Sibyl West and Brittany Pollard-Kosidowski, faculty in the Department of Counseling, published a book chapter in David Capuzzi’s fourth edition of Career Counseling: Foundations, Perspectives, and Applications.
