Alumni and Friends,
As we continue in the spring semester, I am proud of how our Human Sciences family continues to actively make a difference in so many different ways. Across the board, our alumni, faculty, staff, and students have shown resiliency and are making positive changes despite the challenges we’ve faced.

I encourage you to take a moment to see how our community is advancing their fields and making a difference where it matters. Truly heroic efforts were made by our faculty, staff, and students to continue to help improve and enhance the human condition.

See how our alumni are making a lasting impact in the lives of students in recovery. Discover how our graduate students are researching the latest trends in hospitality and retail management. Our Personal Financial Planning students once again claimed first place in the 2020 Financial Planning Challenge. In this issue, you will also read more about the legacy of Nancy Bell, a former Human Development and Family Sciences faculty member.

I hope you all will share your latest news and updates. We look forward to hearing about your accomplishments and celebrations.

Finally, we are so thankful for all the support we receive. Our alumni and supporters make such a difference in how we can in turn help change lives. Always remember, you have a family here in the College of Human Sciences.
