2023 Annual Flu and COVID Vaccination Clinic Details

Similarly to years past, the CDC recommends receiving vaccination as one of the best ways to protect yourself from severe cases of influenza and COVID-19, especially as cases tend to increase during the fall and winter season.
To help protect our community, in partnership with the Medical Faculty Associates (MFA), flu and COVID vaccine clinics will be held at the Foggy Bottom Campus and Virginia Science and Technology Campus (VSTC) on the days of the 2024 Open Enrollment Fests as well as several other dates throughout October and November. Those within the GW community looking to receive vaccinations this year, are now able to book appointments using the instructions outlined below.

How to Book a Vaccination Appointment |
1. Sign up for an appointment at your campus location of choice via the following links:

2. Download and complete the attached consent form, remembering to sign and date the form.
|
3. On the day of your appointment bring with you your signed consent form as well as your ID and insurance card to your appointment. GW faculty and staff enrolled on a GW medical plan, please show your CVS Caremark ID card.

Not Able to Make One of the Available Appointment Times? |
GW medical plan participants can also visit area pharmacies and convenience care clinics to receive vaccinations* at no cost.
|
*Please Note: If you require a high dose vaccination, generally recommended for those over age 65, please consult with your healthcare provider or pharmacy in advance regarding availability.
