Reset Your Sleep Schedule |
Plenty of challenging situations can keep us awake at night whether it be a big project deadline approaching, a difficult conversation looming, a mounting to-do list, or genuine worry about something that has happened or might happen. In our busy world, sleep is often the first thing sacrificed with many people adopting irregular sleep patterns due to hectic lives and constantly changing schedules.
If your brain is still buzzing when your head hits the pillow, join Dr. Lara Barbir, Clinical Psychologust and Sleep Health Expert to learn how to create your perfect sleep space. Additionally, Headspace offers meditations, sleepcasts, wind downs, soundscapes, and sleep music so you can drift off and put your mind to bed. Try it out tonight to reset your sleep schedule and replace your tossing and turning with some quality snoozing!

Summer is a wonderful time to be outside. From the beach and lake to parks and campgrounds, there are endless opportunities to enjoy all the benefits of the outdoors with the warm weather. While it’s great to soak up the sunshine and fresh air, it is also important to take steps to protect your skin while doing so. The sun’s strong rays and exposure adds up day after day, and can become evident on skin in the form of wrinkles, age spots as well as increase the chances of developing skin cancer. To stay safe in the sun this summer, TicketsatWork is offering discounts on protective clothing and skin care products. Use our company code: GWU.
