Happy Fall! For a timely update on our region’s real estate market, I’m sharing the latest edition of the Gardner Report, an analysis of Western Washington housing trends by Windermere's Chief Economist, Matthew Gardner.
In his Q3 report, Gardner calls the market “remarkably buoyant” and notes that home prices continue to rise due to high demand, low supply and favorable interest rates. “Perhaps the winter will act to cool the market,” he says, “but something is telling me we shouldn’t count on it.”
