The Clemson University Research Foundation (CURF) presented its annual Innovation Awards this week to University researchers who earned U.S. patents for innovations in health care, agriculture, manufacturing, advanced materials and other fields.

Pulitzer Prize and National Book Award winner Percival Everett will headline the 2025 Clemson Literary Festival on September 4 with a featured reading from his novel, James. The reading will be held at 6:30 p.m. in Daniel Hall Extension, room G66.

The Office of Research Compliance will host an RCR Brown Bag event on September 11 for faculty, students or staff who need Institutional Review Board protocols to conduct research involving human subjects. The course also provides one credit hour of required Responsible Conduct of Research training.
The Ombuds Office is a confidential, independent, neutral and informal space for faculty and staff to process concerns, get information and develop options for moving forward in difficult situations.
