Monday Holiday

A reminder that St M will be closed on Monday, January 18, in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. Our Extended Day program is also CLOSED on this day.

'21-'22 Re-Enrollment Contracts

Online re-enrollment contracts for current students for the 2021-22 school year will be emailed to families on Monday, February 1, and are due back by Thursday, February 11 at noon. Please mark your calendars.

Similar to last year, re-enrollment will take place digitally through PowerSchool. Details to follow!

End of Second Quarter

January 20 is the end of the second quarter. There will be no winter teacher conferences. If you have questions or concerns about your child's progress, please reach out directly to the teacher to schedule a virtual time to connect.

Grade Level Social Meet-Ups

To meet the social-emotional needs of our students, join us again this week for Meet-Ups hosted by our Extended Day teachers for community time, games, and more! This is a moderated, safe space for students to gather virtually with friends. See schedule below.

Zoom login codes for grades K-5 will be posted on each teacher's Google or Seesaw classroom page.

Extended Day Credits

The accounts of families with Extended Day contracts will be prorated to receive a 13-day credit for January 6-23 in their February installment invoices as these were remote learning days. Please contact Mike Jackson, Director of Finance, with any questions.

COVID Reporting Protocol/Form

If someone in your family has symptoms, has been exposed, or is being tested for COVID-19, please inform the School IMMEDIATELY IN WRITING via the COVID-19 Reporting Form link below. The confidentiality of the diagnosed student or faculty member will be maintained.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: If you submit your COVID reporting form after hours or on weekends, please keep your child HOME until you hear from Nurse Maben on the next school day.
