GPA President Larry Hirsh will be presenting three (3) webinars on real estate tax assessments for golf courses and clubs. These are scheduled as follows:

- May 6, 2020, 2:00 PM, sponsored by the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA)
- May 13, 2020, 1:00 PM, sponsored by the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO)
PA Appraisal Restrictions
In our home state of Pennsylvania, the State Board of Real Estate Appraisers this morning issued a memo clarifying that no interior property inspections were permitted by appraisers during the Coronavirus Emergency.
