New Journals Coming to MUSE in 2016
Eighteen journals are confirmed to join MUSE in 2016. All new journals will be part of the Premium Collection and two of the titles, Georgetown Journal of International Affairs and World Policy Journal will also join the Social Sciences Collection.  See the complete list of new 2016 titles along with a list of current titles that will be added to other collections in 2016.  
2016 Book Collections Announced
Pricing for the 2016 MUSE/UPCC book collections is now available. New collections include the complete set of all 2016 books, subject, area studies, and two series collections. 
Exclusive to MUSE in 2016: Dietrich Bonhoeffer Works, published by Fortress Press
  • Complete 17 volume set 
  • Definitive English translation of the German editions of Dietrich Bonhoeffer Werke 
  • Comprehensive and annotated for the study of Bonhoeffer in the wider frame of twentieth-century thought and history 
   The Booker T. Washington Papers, published by University of Illinois Press:
  • Complete 14 volume set
  • Includes the cumulative index and complete bibliography of the writings of Booker T. Washington
Libraries may contact their consortium for collection and pricing information. Partial title lists are available as MUSE will continue to receive metadata for the new books from the publishers over the coming months.  
Four New Book Publishers for 2016
MUSE welcomes books from four new publishers: 
  • Cubanabooks - literature by Cuban women, in English and Spanish
  • SEAP Publications, Southeast Asia Program (Cornell University)- countries, cultures and languages of the region 
  • University of British Columbia Press - social sciences, especially Asian studies
  • University of Utah Press - archaeology, ecology, and history of the American West 
Books will be available in collections. Books from Cubanabooks, SEAP Publications and University of Utah Press will also be available for purchase as single titles. 
Custom MARC Records for Books Now Available
MUSE MARC records now offer the ability to customize the record set for a specified date range. The date specific set provides the flexibility to apply up-to-date records at your convenience and allows a library to choose when and how often to download the MARC records.
All MUSE MARC recordsFull Sets and Custom Sets, are current as of the date they are downloaded. 
MUSE Partners with ReadCube
MUSE's  600+ scholarly journals are now indexed with ReadCube's Discover service, with easy discovery across their web, desktop and mobile portals, search engines and recommendation feeds.  
When read within any of ReadCube's free apps, MUSE articles are available with enhanced reading features including hyperlinked in-line citations, annotations, clickable author names, and instant access to supplemental content and figures.  
Popular Bookmarks Return
The colorful and LCSH based series of 12 bookmarks covering various topics in Literature, Entertainment, History, and Social Sciences are back and ready for ordering. Order a supply of promotional materials now.
