Ultra-Processed People: The Science Behind the Food that Isn't Food by Chris Van Tulleken
"The author, an infectious disease doctor, does a masterful job presenting the harm caused by ultra-processed foods to our physical and mental health as well as the environment. This book motivated me to change my diet and see the need for marketing restrictions and warning labels on these kinds of foods."

Two tweens at Meadows approached me at the desk with several stacks of fake money, giggling, and said, "I'd like to buy the library!" When I said, "I'm sorry, the library is priceless - you can't buy it. What would you do with it if you could?" One replied, "I'd make it my secret lair!" Then I asked, "What about all the books!?" and the other said, "I'd sell them all to another library so I could get more money!" - Library Staff at Meadows
