$30K in One Night at the Paragus Firehouse Cook-Off

On a perfect August evening at Polar Park in Worcester, MA, the community came together for the Paragus Firehouse Cook-Off, benefiting the Worcester Fire Department and helping DetecTogether equip firefighters with the skills to detect cancer early and save lives.

In just a few hours, generous sponsors and supporters helped raise $30,000—a true home run. The night was filled with friendly competition, great food, and plenty of cheers as the WFD Franklin Street Firehouse claimed the top spot with their Italian Beef Supermelt and decadent Flourless Chocolate Tourte with Raspberry Reduction.
