Due to a planned power shutdown related to bond project construction, the Ranch House Administrative Offices will close at noon on Friday, Jan. 29. Temporary power will be available for the recreation side of the building so that the before and after care program can operate on a normal schedule.

The lower level of the Community Center is now scheduled to be completed by the end of February. If you would like to extend or purchase a Renovation Fitness Pass for February, you can do so for $15 for the entire month. The pass is good for unlimited fitness classes and bike use.

Friday, Jan. 29 is the last day to turn in your application for the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association Board of Directors, the decision-making, policy-setting leaders of this community. There is one seat on the MA Board that will be on the ballot in March. The MA Board meets in the evening on the first and third Tuesdays of each month. Board members are expected to attend other meetings on an as-needed basis. Serving three-year staggered terms, a portion of the Board is elected each year. Interested applicants can download a Board Application or pick one up at the Ranch House.
