| Ranch House Administrative Offices Closing Early Friday
Due to a planned power shutdown related to bond project construction, the Ranch House Administrative Offices will close at noon on Friday, Jan. 29. Temporary power will be available for the recreation side of the building so that the before and after care program can operate on a normal schedule.

| Recommendation to Put Your Name on Your Trash Containers
There have been some windy days recently, and trash containers sometimes end up down the street or on someone else's lawn. Since many trash containers look alike, which will be especially true when the new trash totes are delivered in February, we recommend that you label your trash containers with your name and address. This should help avoid confusion.

| Renovation Fitness Pass for FebruaryThe lower level of the Community Center is now scheduled to be completed by the end of February. If you would like to extend or purchase a Renovation Fitness Pass for February, you can do so for $15 for the entire month. The pass is good for unlimited fitness classes and bike use.

| Please Take Down Outdoor Holiday Lights By Feb. 1Please remember that outdoor holiday lights and decorations need to be taken down by Feb. 1. Section 3.25 of the Ken-Caryl Ranch Home Improvement Rules, Guidelines and Information states, in part, “for traditional December holidays, decorations and lighting shall not be put up before Nov. 1 and shall be taken down by Feb. 1.”

| Deadline is Friday to Turn in Application for Master Association BoardFriday, Jan. 29 is the last day to turn in your application for the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association Board of Directors, the decision-making, policy-setting leaders of this community. There is one seat on the MA Board that will be on the ballot in March. The MA Board meets in the evening on the first and third Tuesdays of each month. Board members are expected to attend other meetings on an as-needed basis. Serving three-year staggered terms, a portion of the Board is elected each year. Interested applicants can download a Board Application or pick one up at the Ranch House.
