Diversity Education Volunteers spread equality with action

Interest in diversity and inclusion workshops led by Eric Love is always high, but following the killing of George Floyd in May, demand was so great the director of staff diversity and inclusion sought help from the campus community. This month, you may see the above video playing on the digital monitors on campus and on WNIT. The 15-second message offers these words to contemplate:

Ash Wednesday services and Lenten series announced

Ash Wednesday may look and feel different this year due to COVID-19. Those receiving ashes may experience them sprinkled on the crown of the head, rather than signed on the forehead. Campus Ministry shares more on that as well as the Ash Wednesday Mass times, including an online option. Staff Chaplain Rev. Jim Bracke, C.S.C., will offer a virtual blessing of ashes and prayer service and a Lenten prayer series. Meanwhile, the McGrath Institute for Church Life will host a free online Lenten series: Journey with The Saint John's Bible
