From the Dean

Earlier this month the university held its third annual Give Day, and our alumni and friends came through like champs. They helped the College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences lead the way in terms of donor amounts. Our contributors helped increase the number of participants from 2,500 last year to over 3,600 this year! Your participation made the CECAS Dean’s Excellence Fund one of the top 10 fund designations in the campaign. These funds are critical because their discretionary status allows me to use them for the greatest needs.
For all of you who participated this year, we are grateful for your support. Educating the engineers and computer scientists of the future requires investments in facilities, exemplary educational experiences, recruiting and retaining top talent, and impactful research. Your gifts are helping us enhance the Clemson Experience for all of our students. If you’d like to know more about ways to support the college, you can find more information here.
Thank you!
Anand Gramopadhye, Dean
