A big thank you to RVR resident, Yvonne Perry for sharing some glorious photos of a recent trip up to Spring Gulch and Owl Creek during cross country excursions with a group of RVR neighbors. Yvonne says, "Spring Gulch is such a great perk for our community to xc ski groomed runs for free." We couldn't agree more, Yvonne!
We would love to feature your photo in an upcoming mailing. If you're interested in having your photo highlighted in the weekly news, please submit images to: jessica.hennessy@rvrma.org.

Twenty Second Amendment to the
RVRMA Design Guidelines |
At February's board meeting the RVRMA Board of Directors had the chance to review a draft version of the Twenty Second Amendment to the RVRMA Design Guidelines (which was included in the February Board Packet). This draft was the result of a many months’ long effort, stretching back nearly a year, focusing largely on fire defensiveness and waterwise landscaping. The amendment also allows for more contemporary interpretations of the guidelines including reasonable and modest changes in keeping with the architectural fabric that has been established in the neighborhood.
There will be slight edits to the document that was shared in the February Board Packet. Be on the lookout for the latest version in an upcoming community mailing. As is typical with any amendments made to the RVR Design Guidelines, the HOA will post a final draft of the Twenty Second Amendment for a minimum of thirty days before the RVR Board votes to approve the document. During that period, homeowners will have the opportunity to submit comments pertaining to the amendment via a link.
Please look for the latest version of the Amendment in an upcoming mailing.
