Roadmap to Opening Needed

The image above is a plan being touted by Rep. Dave Baker of Willmar as a common-sense, methodical way of reopening the economy by May 1st.  Many businesses are still restricted occupancy including restaurants, fitness, hair salons, event facilities, churches, and theaters.

Community celebrations, outdoor events, weddings and many other events are in a holding pattern waiting for the plan.  Businesses need time to get ready and a plan will allow for that.  We urge Governor Walz to embrace this plan or something like it to give business a path forward.
