The non-project transfers go-live for the new Transfers of Expense (TOE) tool has been delayed due to a system issue identified last week. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible and expect to have this module available for campus use in the coming weeks. Please note that TOE is currently available for users designated to complete project transfers in Oracle Financials Cloud. More information will be shared soon.

The PGM Admin Dashboard in FinHub now provides accurate award and project balances, and several new reports are in development to support research administration. While the Faculty/PI Dashboard implementation has been delayed, you can continue to export reports from this dashboard to share as needed. Please continue to work with your Faculty and PIs to provide accurate financial reports and access resources for supporting them on our Faculty webpage.

Program Update Town Hall on September 18

New: Business Officer Learning Pathway

The Office of Financial Training has developed a new learning pathway to outline training, resources, and support for Business Officers and Financial Managers. This list is expected to evolve based on continued feedback and input from campus.

Reminder: Tomorrow's Required Training Deadline

Additional courses are required for Research Financial Analysts and Faculty Funds Project Analysts by tomorrow, September 30, to maintain OFC system access. Please note that all required training is offered as a self-paced "E-learning" to take at a time convenient for you.
