Patrick has rejoined EO Nashville after what he intended to be a “1-yr sabbatical” turned into 5. He is from Louisville, Kentucky but has been in Nashville for over 25 years. He earned degrees from Vanderbilt University in Psychology, Law, and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He then got his "second MBA", opening his first restaurant business at the bottom of the Great Recession, then growing and scaling multiple hospitality ventures across Tennessee to over 150 team members. He is passionate about culture, leadership, finance & economics, and strategy.
Patrick still operates two restaurant locations (Two Ten Jack) and has been coaching other organizations scaling toward $5-100M in revenue for the last 5 years with Petra Coach.
He is avidly pursuing fitness & wellness in all facets, enjoys hiking, tennis and golf, but most of all hanging with his wife Libby and two kids, Bennett (girl, 10) and Pete (boy, 8).

One misstep you took in your business that you could caution others about?
Using the wrong capital stack for a new business.
How to you de-stress after a particularly hard day?
I de-stress before the day, with a workout, gratitude practice, and prayer. And at the end of the day it’s all about being present with my family.
What’s something about you that would surprise everyone reading this?
Not sure enough people know me to be ‘surprised’ by anything 😂 … I once ate raw chicken and horse in Japan (as a dinner guest).
What part of EO are you most looking forward to this year?
Connecting 1:1 with other members and hearing their stories.
