Meet Our Partners at Tahlequah Public Schools |
“I believe strongly that if we really want to see change in the area of overall health in our communities, we must start with our youth. Our kids have the power to change the world if we can just get them to believe it and get parents involved.”
| - Sonya Davidson, Preventionist at Tahlequah Public Schools

Tahlequah community members including Dan Vivion (right) and Sonya Davidson (back centered) support two student art campaign winners in their prevention efforts.

The aspirations and hope for a promising future for our youth should not only rest upon their shoulders. They need our support, enthusiasm, fearlessness, and compassion. This is not the responsibility of a single educator, parent, sibling, or public health expert, but rather the joint effort of a tight knit community united by a shared passion for the betterment of our youth’s physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Read about how Desirae Bloomer, Sonya Davidson, and Dan Vivion crossed professional paths in order to bring CATCH My Breath to students in their community in an exciting, empowering way.
