Abstract: In clinical trials, estimands are employed to clearly define treatment effects in alignment with study objectives. Within this framework, intercurrent events—events that may affect the interpretation of treatment effects—are identified. To ensure the robustness of trial results, conducting sensitivity analyses is essential. This talk explores sensitivity analyses for time-to-event data within the context of estimands.
