January is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month. Cervical cancer can be preventable thanks to the HPV vaccine – and survival rates are high when it’s detected early. 

Cervical cancer survivor, Christine Baze shares that she had bleeding and cramping that were not normal for her and was assured nothing was wrong and she didn't worry as she figured she wasn't the expert. But when it comes to health changes in your body, you are the other expert in the doctor's office.

Christine shares, “...listen to your body if something is different, and advocate for the best...I was 31, healthy, and living my dream until cervical cancer changed everything. Early detection gave me my life back."
