VEGAN RECIPE OF THE WEEK!
Spicy Baked Tofu

Source: Feed Me Vegan

Ingredients:

1/2 c soy sauce
2T Sesame Oil
1T Garlic Chili Sauce (or sriracha) to taste
1 block extra or super firm tofu

Directions:

Drain and press your tofu. You can do this by wrapping in a lint free white dish towel and topping with plates. Press for at least 15 mintues or up to an hour. Cut into 8 planks.
Mix the first three ingredients together and add tofu planks to marinate. Refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight. The longer it sits the more flavorful it will be.
Preheat oven to 400. Bake tofu for 20 minutes on each side. Enjoy with side dishes or cut up in a salad or sandwich.
