Dear Faculty, Administrators and Staff,

It has been a year since we launched our new strategic plan. In that time, colleagues across our university have been working together to turn our shared priorities into action. Community members across all divisions are serving on strategic planning committees, leading priorities, and contributing to the work of implementation. The breadth of this engagement is a reflection of the fact that our strategic plan belongs to all of us.

As we mark this first year of implementation, on Tuesday, September 15 in the Chancellor's Suite, I hope you will join for an opportunity to pause, reflect on what we have accomplished, and learn more about where we are headed. Throughout the morning, we will hear from university leadership, connect with colleagues advancing work across all five Strategic Pillars, and explore the progress and priorities within each area in greater detail.

I encourage you to attend, whether you have been closely involved in the strategic plan from the beginning or are simply interested in learning more about how this work is taking shape across our university. Learn more and RSVP.

To remain compliant with federal regulations, all faculty members are required to record attendance for students enrolled in their courses. Faculty will receive an email with instructions on how to complete attendance verification in Compass. Please complete this process promptly, as student financial aid cannot be released until attendance has been confirmed.

These interactive lunchtime events connect students with essential resources, expert guidance and opportunities for personal, academic and professional growth. Research Data Services

Library Faculty Experts who work extensively with Research Data Services are available for workshops and one-on-one consultations to help faculty and students find, manage, analyze and visualize data needed for coursework and related research projects. Faculty Librarians can also assist anyone with finding respectable information, coordinating data management, file cleaning, and more. Call for Applications: Assistant Director of the Prestigious Fellowships Program

The Office of Grant Research Services seeks faculty applicants for the position of Assistant Director of the Prestigious Fellowships Program (PFF). This is a service role supported with a stipend. Competitive applicants will be excellent academic writers, highly organized and motivated to explore the world of external funding opportunities for faculty and students. ACUE Applications Still Being Accepted
Seton Hall partners with the Association of College and University Educators (ACUE) to provide faculty with professional development opportunities that enhance teaching effectiveness, increase student engagement, and promote learning outcomes. Through this partnership, faculty have access to nationally recognized programs and resources that support evidence-based teaching practices.

As part of Seton Hall University's ongoing commitment to accreditation and continuous improvement, and in accordance with recommendations from our Middle States review, the University is maintaining a centralized record of faculty curriculum vitae (CVs).

We kindly ask all faculty members to upload their most current CV to Faculty Success at their earliest convenience. Maintaining up-to-date CVs helps support accreditation efforts, institutional reporting, and the accurate representation of faculty accomplishments.
