GUARANTEED TUITION
  • The Tuition and Fee Advisory Board (TFAB) has recommended adopting a guaranteed tuition program for new undergraduate students. Existing undergraduate students would see locked-in, modest yearly tuition increases under the concept.
  • Read more about what the student, faculty, and staff board is recommending on Around the O. The full memo sent to President Michael Schill detailing TFAB’s recommendations on all tuition rates and fees for next year can be viewed here.
  • All students and campus community members are invited to a public forum with President Michael Schill to learn more about the proposal and to provide feedback. The forum will take place Monday, Feb. 24, at 6:00 p.m. in the EMU Ballroom (Room 244). Dinner will be provided.
  • The president will also take written comments about the recommendation through 5:00 p.m. on Friday Feb. 28. You can make comments on the recommendation here. The UO Board of Trustees will vote on the tuition plan during its March meeting.
