Japanese organizing consultant Marie Kondo gained international fame teaching people how to declutter their homes. Her litmus test: If you can’t decide whether to keep something, ask if it brings you joy. If not, let it go.
Possessions may hold more meaning than just their usefulness. They’re often linked to memories, making us emotionally bound to them. But over time, once useful and meaningful items can become less important, unnecessary, even burdensome.
As professional organizer Peter Walsh says, “Clutter isn’t just the stuff on the floor. It’s anything that gets between you and the life you want to live.”

Managing blood pressure? We can help
High blood pressure — or hypertension — is a serious medical condition that can take a toll on your brain, eyes, heart, kidneys and arteries. It progresses stealthily over time, often causing no symptoms until the damage is done.
If you’ve been diagnosed with (or are in danger of developing) hypertension, partner with the MNPS Health Care Centers to keep it in check. Our providers can:
- Check your blood pressure
-
Discuss family history, stress, diet and other factors that affect blood pressure
- Create a management plan for you, which may include medication and follow-ups
- Suggest health coaching for one-on-one help with lifestyle changes
-
Guide you on how to self-monitor at home

Lock in the lowest premiums in 2025
Take the Cigna health assessment by November 30 to qualify for the $800/year premium discount. If you don't take it, higher rates will begin with the first paycheck in February.*
* If you’re enrolling for the first time during Annual Enrollment, the November 30 deadline doesn't apply; you'll be able to take the health assessment during the month of January to keep the lowest premiums.
