Our Silent Auction was a wild success last year with 140+ donated items bringing in nearly $15,000 to support our mission. We are looking forward to what our community brings together for this upcoming Celebrate the Love.

RECLAIM was founded by our community, for our community. From our earliest days, we’ve relied on the generosity of people like you to ensure queer and trans youth can access the care they need. RECLAIM is developing a strategic plan to guide the next 3-5 years of our work. As a supporter of RECLAIM, your perspective is invaluable to fulfilling our mission. We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist who is passionate about the mission and values of RECLAIM. We’re building a community of emerging and experienced practitioners who apply 3rd Wave CBT principles and other modalities to their practice.

RECLAIM strives to recruit candidates who share the identities of the clients we serve, including those from LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC communities. Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they don’t meet 100% of the requirements.  

Salary Range: $55,000-$58,000 (provisionally licensed); $64,000-$67,000 (independently licensed)

Hours/Benefits: 37.5-hour work week, generous PTO, benefits eligible. Hours are purposely below the average 40hour work week to honor employees’ personal time and needs.
