Online Introduction to ChIP-seq analysis Part 1 Workshop
This workshop will be held via Zoom on June 23rd, 27th, and 30th from 1:30 PM to 4PM each day. Participants are expected to attend all three sessions. More details, including the workshop description, are available on the registration page.
Please note: This is one of our advanced workshops which requires registrants to have attended our Introduction to command-line interface workshop within the last 6-8 months.
The format of our workshops is as follows: instruction will be mostly learner-centric requiring workshop participants to spend between 2-3 hours on reading and exercises from selected lessons before the workshop sessions. Online (Zoom) classes will be focused on exercises and discussion. Please make sure you take this into account when you sign up for the workshop!
