Thank you, Pilots! You masked UP, you backed UP, you washed UP, and you showed UP—for almost 15,000 tests this semester—helping to keep our COVID-19 positivity rate at an astonishingly low .31 percent. We know it wasn't easy attending or teaching classes remotely this year and even when some classes were held in-person this Spring, they sure looked and felt a lot different. We know you missed the traditional college experiences—cheering for your fellow Pilots on the court and on the fields, going to dances and parties, hanging out with friends in your rooms, and heck, just eating in Bauccio Commons and the Pilot House. But we thank you for taking COVID-19 and UP's safety precautions seriously. We're looking forward to a close-to-normal experience with you Fall Semester. So vax UP, and have a safe and restful summer, Pilots! Congrats to our graduating Class of 2021 and we’ll see the rest of you in August!
