Vacation Bible School was an Olympic Success!
Our church was blessed this week to have so many adults who gave of their time to help with VBS.  The children LOVED all of your attention and enjoyed getting to know more people in our congregation. This is what being a part of a church family is all about!  THANK YOU!  
This summer, you have another opportunity to get to know our children in the Sunday School room.  (We always give our Sunday School teachers a well-deserved break during the summer months, and open up teaching to the rest of the congregation.)  Come spend an hour with some of our children one Sunday morning.  The lesson will be easy and your supplies will be provided; you just need to arrive ready to make some new young friends.  Please follow the links below to see the available dates and sign up to teach:

You never know what to expect at our monthly Beacon's Brunch!  Be sure to join us next Wednesday, June 1st, at 10:00 am in The Garden.  Bring a brunch item to share and together we'll enjoy whatever surprise the morning brings!

Our Youth are wrestling with some pretty heavy topics in Sunday School. Starting at 9:30 each Sunday morning, they share juice and donuts, watch a video clip, then have a great discussion looking at a controversial subject through the eyes of Christ. This week they will talk about wealth.
