This Thursday ILTexas leaders and supporters gathered in Cleveland, TX, to break ground on ILTexas Liberty High School—our newest campus, set to open in Summer 2026! Congrats to ILTexas Katy-Westpark senior Marcello Salazar, recipient of a $180,000 NROTC scholarship from the U.S. Marine Corps! A dedicated JROTC cadet and student leader, Marcello is ready to soar into a future of military service and success.

Our ILTexas JROTC cadets stood proudly alongside active-duty Marines, holding state flags on the Skywalk during the historic grand opening of the National Medal of Honor Museum in Arlington. The event, attended by national leaders and Medal of Honor recipients, honored extraordinary acts of valor.

Peace Ekechukwu, ILTexas Class of 2022, is living her dream—studying abroad in Taiwan while majoring in Chinese and History at Bates College. Inspired by ILTexas’ language program, she embraced Chinese, earning full funding for her international adventure.
