Exercise your cancer-fighting skills.
“Cancer” is a scary word that no one ever wants to hear. And the disease brings many questions, like “how did it happen?” or “could it have been prevented?” Health experts can’t always say for sure what causes cancer. But recent studies have shown that regular physical activity may reduce the risk of 13 types of cancer. Doing leisure time activities that move you at a moderate to vigorous level can help prevent these types of cancers:
